Hi I'm Niamh...
As a dedicated CORU registered Dietitian, I bring over 15 years of experience in Nutrition and Dietetics. Specializing in both child and adult nutrition, my expertise spans from acute paediatrics, adult, and maternity services. I get great joy and satisfaction in seeing the impact the correct nutrition can make on a persons health. I provide evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to fit busy lifestyles and family needs.

Nutritional Consultations can be provided online or in person.
Paediatric Nutrition
Whether you are concerned about your child's feeding, milk allergy, weaning, growth, weight or overall nutrient intake, I will be able to offer you personalised advice.
Adult Nutrition
I will carry out a comprehensive nutritional assessment, translate evidence based nutritional advice into practical, realistic food solutions.
Your nutritional goals will be specific to you and your needs.
Group Presentation
I have worked with sports teams, delivered corporate presentations on health and nutrition and presented in primary schools.
I will work on each project and with your specific group to ensure the needs are met.
